Abstract

In recent years, public health officials around the world have recognized 
the importance of health education as an essential tool for prevention, 
control of social diseases and pests. The new, evolving conditions have 
brought to man new dangers and many health problems that the health 
educator should be aware of, such as the lack of food, its poor quality and 
poor distribution, emergency and mutated viruses and epidemics...etc.
